About the Role
• Handle high‑volume inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. • Schedule maintenance appointments and respond to customer emails. • Promote and sell products and services to existing customers. • Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot concerns, and resolve issues courteously. • Assist with overflow calls to maintain smooth operations. • Make 100+ calls daily to schedule and confirm maintenance visits. • Maintain accurate records of interactions, scheduling details, and sales.

What You Bring
