About the Role

In this position you will run the property like your own business—driving NOI and occupancy goals, delivering strong resident satisfaction, ensuring operational consistency, and developing a high‑performing team—while the company invests in your growth and celebrates your successes. • Meet or exceed property occupancy and NOI targets. • Provide timely financial and performance reports to regional leadership. • Develop and execute pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends. • Identify operational efficiencies without compromising quality. • Conduct regular property and vacant unit inspections for compliance. • Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure prompt, high‑quality service. • Create a high‑quality living experience that promotes resident engagement and renewals. • Hire, train, and lead an on‑site team, setting goals and conducting performance check‑ins. • Foster a culture of accountability, empowerment, and recognition. • Deliver personalized, high‑quality service to residents. • Apply data‑driven, results‑oriented business mindset to exceed goals. • Perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb (or 50 lb with assistance), and responding to alarms in various weather conditions.

What You Bring

• Demonstrate leadership, strong communication, and emotional intelligence. • Adapt confidently in a fast‑paced environment. • Utilize budgeting, financial analysis, and sales expertise; understand fair housing regulations. • Possess 1‑3 years of multifamily property management experience and at least 2 years in affordable‑housing compliance. • Hold a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and consider industry certifications such as CPM, CAM, or RMP. • Show intermediate proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, ADP; experience with Yardi, Entrata, Asana, or EliseAI is a plus. • Be available for nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel for company events.

Benefits

The Property Manager role offers a salary of $75,000 to $80,000 annually, with eligibility for performance and lease renewal bonuses, and a standard Monday‑through‑Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. • Receive medical, dental, and vision coverage with employer contributions, 401(k) match up to 2%, life and disability insurance, paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, referral bonuses, volunteer time off, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts.
