Operate mold machines to produce quality parts, inspect, and handle paperwork.

About the Role
• Produce quality molded parts using various molding process systems • Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs and adjustments to molding equipment • Perform 100% trim and inspection; identify and segregate scrap • Complete daily paperwork including Hour-by-Hour charts, part counting, and packaging • Maintain safety, quality, production, and 5S housekeeping standards

What You Bring
• High School Diploma or GED required • Basic math and computer skills • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills • Ability to use hand tools • Good communication, reading, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and with others • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds • Frequent carrying of items up to 44 pounds • Constant walking and standing • Reaching, pulling, bending, twisting, and climbing • Gripping/handling up to 5 lbs frequently • Must be able to distinguish colors and shades, and have depth perception • Heavy lifting (>45 lbs) up to 25% of the time • Light carrying (<15 lbs) up to 75% of the time • Balancing, crawling, kneeling, stooping/bending, twisting • Sitting (intermittent/constant) • Climbing (both legs required)
