About the Role

The specialist works in a small team to coordinate the development of Knowledge Management (KM) systems used by Flexible Pipe Systems (FPS) within the Oilfield Services and Equipment (OFSE) segment. The primary platform, built over the past three years, is based on Microsoft SharePoint and serves as a document repository and collaboration hub for engineering and employee support functions. • Conduct system architecture review and implement improvements • Create and manage Power Automate flows and Power Apps implementations • Integrate Power BI, handle access management and permissions • Introduce and integrate additional applications to enhance functionality and efficiency • Align the KM system with other engineering and quality management systems • Meet demands from various business teams • Maintain a strategic focus while sharing and adopting best practices across Baker Hughes • Manage content, drive system efficiency through communication and training, and coordinate system upgrades and fixes • Support the advancement and promotion of Knowledge Management best practices across all sites

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field • Excellent technical experience with MS SharePoint • Ability to develop, analyze, and troubleshoot MS Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power BI applications • Proven track record of operationalizing and administering SharePoint for users • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Proficiency with the MS Office 365 suite • Fluency in Portuguese (helpful) • Willingness to travel internationally if required • Familiarity with Knowledge Management principles and methodology • Permanent work permit for the United Kingdom
