About the Role

• Build multiyear contract strategy with cross‑functional collaboration and deep customer insight. • Drive growth by winning share from competitors and supporting product development projects. • Manage dedicated account support and shared resources to execute growth, share capture, and cost‑saving initiatives. • Analyze customer history and market data to improve forecast accuracy. • Control inventory positions and accounts receivable. • Coordinate with engineering, legal, and other departments to finalize technical and commercial specifications. • Leverage CRM to track opportunities, projects, and action owners, and respond promptly to internal requests. • Ensure timely response to customer issues and oversee delivery of sales quotes in line with pricing strategy. • Participate in product training and self‑study to deepen product and industry knowledge.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or 15+ years of relevant experience. • 10+ years of industrial sales experience selling to OEMs or wholesale distributors using direct teams or reps. • Experience in sales, product, engineering, or marketing management. • Proven ability to build and convert a CRM opportunity funnel. • Strong executive‑level relationship building and customer orientation. • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Ability to lead and motivate teams. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and ability to work independently and remotely. • Demonstrated profitable growth track record. • Experience with Power BI, 80/20 and Policy Deployment methodologies. • Familiarity with CRM and forecasting tools.
