About the Role

The Service Technician will ensure efficient maintenance of the Willow Ridge property, handling apartment work orders, turnovers, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances. Responsibilities also include upkeep of common areas, building exteriors, and pool facilities, as well as responding to emergency requests and managing daily checklists. • Complete apartment work orders, turnovers, and routine maintenance promptly. • Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances. • Maintain common areas, building exteriors, and pool facilities. • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff. • Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot unexpected issues. • Manage daily checklists and coordinate tasks with the maintenance team.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of residential maintenance experience, CFC and HVAC certifications, and a strong background in plumbing, electrical, and general apartment upkeep. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills are required, along with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Success in this role means being reliable, resourceful, and resident‑focused, delivering technical proficiency with urgency and professionalism. The technician stays organized, takes pride in their work, and continuously seeks ways to improve the resident experience through timely, high‑quality maintenance. • Hold at least 2 years of residential maintenance experience with CFC and HVAC certifications. • Demonstrate strong plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance skills. • Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Exhibit a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and effective problem‑solving abilities.
