About the Role
The role involves processing and tracking orders received via phone, fax, EDI, or mail, and serving as a liaison to communicate shipment and delivery schedules to customers. It also handles customer inquiries about shipment status, shortages, overages, quality issues, and ensures documentation complies with SOX and departmental policies. Daily duties include accurately entering orders into JDE with pricing, terms, product details, and special instructions, maintaining system accuracy for sales and back orders, and coordinating with the Customer Service Team to meet call service standards. The employee updates customers on order status, manages customer files, coordinates truck deliveries, processes returns and invoice adjustments with proper reason codes, supports pricing inquiries with sales representatives, participates in inventory counts, and initiates outbound calls to drive weekly order volume. • Process and track orders received via phone, fax, EDI, or mail • Communicate shipment and delivery schedules to customers as a liaison • Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, shortages, overages, and quality issues • Enter and maintain accurate order data in JDE, including pricing, terms, and special instructions • Ensure SOX compliance by managing required documentation and filing • Coordinate with internal supply chain teams to provide proactive order status updates • Manage customer files, pricing data, and vendor control documents • Schedule truck deliveries and handle product returns with proper approvals and reason codes • Support pricing inquiries and maintain up-to-date price books and price increases • Conduct inventory counts and initiate outbound calls to drive weekly order volume

What You Bring
Candidates should have a passion for customer service and at least three years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. • Require minimum three years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing
