About the Role

You will join the MasTec family to provide the highest level of quality service to customers while maintaining a commitment to safety. Warehouse Coordinators are responsible for moving material within the distribution center and from the loading platform using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other equipment. They receive incoming inventory, log it into the warehouse system, stock items in proper locations, and fulfill customer invoices by checking part numbers, cleaning, and packing items. The role includes inspecting inventory for defects, reporting problems to the Warehouse Manager, and tracking all inventory in the system while keeping the warehouse organized and clean. Coordinators also enforce safety procedures, coach fellow associates, evaluate current processes, and suggest changes to improve productivity and reduce costs. • Move material using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, or conveyors. • Receive, log, and stock incoming inventory in the warehouse system. • Read work orders and fulfill customer invoices, checking part numbers and packing items. • Inspect inventory for defects and report issues to the Warehouse Manager. • Follow all safety, DOT, and OSHA procedures while operating equipment. • Track inventory and maintain organized, clean warehouse spaces. • Coach associates on operational and safety practices. • Evaluate processes and recommend improvements to reduce cost and boost productivity. • Deliver supplies and equipment promptly while complying with regulations. • Maintain a clean driving record and ability to drive DOT‑regulated vehicles.

What You Bring

Candidates should have at least one year of warehouse experience, a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently (and up to 50 pounds occasionally). Forklift operation experience is required, with certification a plus, and basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel are essential. A clean driving record and the ability to drive DOT‑regulated vehicles are also required. The ideal applicant demonstrates high‑quality work, problem‑solving ability, and a hands‑on approach. • Possess at least 1 year of warehouse experience and forklift operation (certification a plus). • Hold a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift 25‑50 lb regularly. • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
