About the Role
As an Operations and Maintenance Technician at SES, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and optimal performance of our solar energy systems. You will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of solar panels, inverters, and other system components. Additionally, you will conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address any potential issues. • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of solar energy systems • Troubleshoot and repair solar panels, inverters, and other components • Perform system monitoring to identify underperformance or faults • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance • Collaborate with installation team to resolve technical issues • Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in O&M of solar systems

Solar Energy Solutions (SES) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations and Maintenance Technician to join our team. As the largest and most experienced solar design, engineering, and construction company in the region, SES has established itself as a leader in the renewables and environment industry. SES is committed to providing sustainable energy solutions to residential, commercial, and utility clients throughout Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and surrounding states. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent • Certification in solar energy systems or related field preferred • 2+ years of operations and maintenance experience with solar energy systems • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills • Knowledge of electrical systems and equipment; Journeyman's Electrical License preferred • Familiarity with solar inverters and monitoring systems • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills • Pass a background check
