About the Role
The Associate Coordinator – Project Management Support role at Rolls‑Royce invites you to join a globally recognized leader in power generation innovation. Working in an international environment, you will develop your skills while supporting the safe delivery of power solutions throughout the Americas. Reporting to the Project Management team, you will assist Project Managers throughout the project life‑cycle, ensuring that schedules, task tracking, and reporting are kept current and accurate. Your work will span coordination with internal customers, sales, and system engineering to align expectations and deliverables. Within the Power Systems business unit, you will contribute to delivering clean, technologically advanced power solutions for marine and infrastructure markets, leveraging Rolls‑Royce’s expertise in gas, diesel, and hybrid systems. • Support Project Managers from order through project close‑out. • Ensure delivery within agreed timelines, quality, cost and safety constraints. • Prepare and deliver project status reports covering schedule, budget, risks and tasks. • Develop and improve project execution processes in collaboration with PMs. • Coordinate with Sales and System Engineering to capture new product ideas. • Maintain accurate project documentation and tracking sheets (RACI, performance metrics). • Promote compliance with Rolls‑Royce Code of Conduct and foster a safety culture.

What You Bring
The position requires a U.S. work authorization, a bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or business field (or equivalent experience), and proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project. Preferred candidates bring strong customer‑focused communication, experience leading cross‑functional teams, and familiarity with fuel‑cell, BESS, and electrical principles. • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Business, or 4 years relevant experience. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project. • Strong customer‑centric communication and ability to translate complex requirements into solutions. • Experience leading multi‑functional project teams; knowledge of fuel cells and BESS products. • Safety‑oriented mindset, self‑organized, high attention to detail. • Familiarity with RICE, AC/DC electrical principles, construction management, BIM360/Procor. • Good oral and written communication, organizational and planning skills.
