About the Role
• Collaborate with on‑site staff to understand daily duties of leasing, maintenance, community management, and RPM roles. • Shadow senior members such as RPMs and the Director of Real Estate while assisting with financial and administrative tasks. • Contribute to special projects by building relationships and partnering with other Greystar teams. • Support outreach and promotion initiatives using the website and social media channels. • Develop documentation for processes, procedures, programs, and testing results. • Research and assess conceptual ideas for the property or region. • Deliver a final capstone presentation summarizing internship achievements. • Participate in internship events including orientation, speaker series, trainings, lunch‑and‑learns, mentorship activities, and site visits.

Benefits
The Property Management Internship is designed for students enrolled in a two- or four-year undergraduate program who are interested in a real-estate career. The 10‑week rotational program runs from June 1 to August 7 and places interns on a Greystar-managed property to experience the core responsibilities of on-site roles. The position pays $20 per hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses that may be awarded weekly, monthly or quarterly depending on the role. Temporary team members also receive an Employee Assistance Program and paid sick time; union or prevailing-wage positions may have different compensation structures.
