About the Role
Our continued growth creates a need for a Life Safety Sprinkler Systems Sales Executive. In this challenging and rewarding role you will professionally represent Johnson Controls, estimate and quote fire sprinkler systems for commercial, institutional and industrial facilities, and build new business relationships to grow the Sprinkler Service business. You will establish contact with prospects, qualify potential buyers of new construction and service contracts, schedule sales calls, follow up on leads and apply our marketing strategies. Maintaining relationships with major customers and contractors is essential for negotiating and closing quality orders, while applying proven sales principles to exceed plan objectives. • Estimate and quote fire sprinkler systems for commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities • Develop new business relationships and grow the Sprinkler Service segment • Qualify prospects, schedule sales calls, and follow up on leads using marketing strategies • Negotiate and close orders to exceed sales plan objectives

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has at least two years of sales experience in sprinkler system sales or a similar field, with preferred knowledge of sprinkler design, hydraulic calculations, NFPA 13 standards and local codes. Strong self‑motivation, the ability to work with minimal supervision, excellent verbal and written communication, multitasking, and proficiency with Windows and Oracle systems are required. • Minimum 2+ years sales experience in sprinkler systems or related field • Knowledge of NFPA 13 standards, blueprint reading, and hydraulic calculations • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and multitasking skills • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Oracle software
