About the Role
In this role, the VP will set ambitious sales targets, develop short‑, mid‑, and long‑term strategies, and oversee the complete sales cycle to maintain a robust pipeline. They will recruit, onboard, and mentor OSR and ISR talent, foster strong customer relationships, and collaborate closely with purchasing, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure cross‑functional alignment.
