About the Role

The Channel Manager – Industrial Construction (North America) will join the Engines Division and report to the Director of Marketing. This hybrid role, based in Kohler, Wisconsin, focuses on enabling and accelerating sales performance through OEM and distributor channels across North America, acting as a sales enabler and brand ambassador to ensure consistent brand deployment and effective go‑to‑market execution. • Act as primary marketing interface for OEMs and distributors in the industrial construction segment. • Create and deliver sales enablement assets such as presentations, product narratives, application stories, competitive positioning, and value‑based selling materials. • Support joint business development initiatives, including customer visits, demos, and commercial workshops. • Develop and execute channel‑specific marketing plans aligned with regional sales priorities and overall brand strategy. • Drive brand visibility through merchandising programs, point‑of‑sale materials, partner communications, and co‑marketing initiatives. • Serve as brand ambassador, ensuring correct use of messaging, visual identity, and storytelling across the partner network. • Coordinate and support partner participation in trade shows, industry events, and customer engagement activities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM and distributor stakeholders, engaging senior decision‑makers for long‑term collaboration. • Conduct regular business and marketing reviews with partners to assess performance, pipeline support needs, and improvement opportunities. • Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and pricing dynamics; translate insights into actionable recommendations. • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Application Engineering, and Corporate Marketing to align channel needs with internal priorities. • Support pricing actions, promotional programs, and commercial initiatives, ensuring clear communication and consistent execution.
