About the Role

The role provides hands‑on field investigations, laboratory support, technical reporting, construction observation, project logistics management, and multidisciplinary collaboration, with travel to various sites as needed. • Conduct field investigations, including soil sampling, site inspections, and data collection. • Support laboratory testing and interpret geotechnical, environmental, and geological data. • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation. • Observe construction activities with senior staff to ensure compliance with specifications. • Coordinate project logistics such as equipment, fieldwork scheduling, and progress tracking. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers and scientists to develop practical field solutions. • Travel to project sites, including occasional overnight stays. • Work on projects that shape communities and the environment.

What You Bring

• Coursework in civil, geotechnical, geological, environmental engineering, or related field. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities. • Willingness to work both in field and office environments. • Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Openness to travel, variable hours, and occasional weekends. • Internship or coursework experience in field investigations, environmental assessments, or geotechnical studies. • Familiarity with basic field equipment (soil sampling tools, DCP testing, etc.). • Exposure to AutoCAD, GIS, or geotechnical software such as gINT or GeoStudio.
