About the Role
• Maintain leasing office, model units, and interior public/common areas in a clean, attractive condition. • Keep all grounds—including sidewalks, walkways, stairways, building exteriors, and garden areas—tidy and well‑maintained. • Assist in making vacant apartments rent‑ready, including appliance installations and changes. • Collect and remove trash and debris from community areas. • Clear snow and remove safety obstructions such as branches and leaf piles year‑round. • Complete assigned cleaning requests and repairs promptly, following company standards. • Provide courteous customer service, respond to resident requests, and resolve complaints to satisfaction. • Follow Mac policies and procedures, including operating and safety standards. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, especially Fair Housing regulations. • Identify appropriate cleaning and chemical supplies.

What You Bring
The role requires a valid driver’s license, a vehicle, and a high‑school diploma or GED; prior janitorial experience is a plus but not required. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lb, work at heights over 8 ft, and perform frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and climbing. All new hires must pass a criminal background check, medical examination, drug screening, and provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. • High school diploma or GED required. • Prior janitorial experience preferred but not required. • Lift and transport up to 50 lb and work at heights over 8‑9 ft. • Physically able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb stairs or ladders. • Pass background check, medical exam, drug screening, and provide proof of legal work authorization.
