About the Role

The Resident Assistant provides resident care services on the 11 p.m.–7 a.m. shift under the supervision of the Resident Services Director, working in Memory Care and/or Ensemble areas. The role focuses on maintaining a positive physical and social environment for residents. • Approach all resident and associate interactions in a friendly, service‑oriented manner. • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, linen changes, positioning, transfers, mobility, medication reminders, and incontinence care. • Maintain accurate care records, resident service plans, and documentation of services provided. • Communicate daily with Resident Services associates to ensure continuity of care. • Promote a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors. • Support neighborhood programming and operational tasks.

What You Bring

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have a minimum of one year of related health‑care experience. For communities with an Ensemble program, successful completion of required dementia training and a clean criminal background screening are required, and the workplace adheres to a drug‑free policy. Preferred qualifications include CPR/first‑aid certification, current CNA/NA licensure in good standing, and familiarity with computerized resident documentation systems. • Be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. • Have a minimum of one year of related health‑care experience. • Complete required dementia training for Ensemble‑program communities. • Pass a positive criminal background screening and adhere to the drug‑free workplace policy. • Possess CPR and first‑aid certification (preferred). • Hold a current CNA or Nursing Assistant license in good standing, when applicable. • Experience with computerized resident documentation systems is a plus.
