About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join the xScale Investor Reporting team. The role supports the execution and enhancement of investor and management reporting for our joint‑venture portfolio, working closely with the Investor Reporting Senior Manager and cross‑functional partners to deliver accurate, timely, and high‑quality financial information while gaining exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives. • Prepare quarterly investor reporting packages with internal stakeholders. • Gather, validate, and consolidate financial and operational data from Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Billing, Asset Management, and FP&A teams. • Review reports for accuracy, consistency, and JV contractual compliance. • Support preparation of investor meeting materials, schedules, presentations, and analyses. • Maintain a centralized repository of investor reporting materials and historical deliverables. • Assist xScale FP&A and Finance with data analysis, variance explanations, and internal dashboards. • Develop and maintain management dashboards, KPIs, and recurring reporting packages. • Produce ad‑hoc analyses to support management decision‑making. • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and standardization. • Document reporting processes, templates, and standards for scalability and knowledge sharing. • Collaborate with internal finance teams, business partners, and JV contacts to ensure timely data flow. • Proactively follow up on deliverables and resolve data discrepancies.

What You Bring
• Experience with SmartView (Oracle PBCS) or similar financial reporting tools. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. • 3+ years of financial analysis, reporting, or accounting experience. • Advanced Excel skills; financial modeling experience preferred. • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools (optional). • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Exposure to real estate, infrastructure, or data‑center industries (a plus).

Benefits
The position offers a target base salary of $80,000‑$120,000 (U.S.) or $81,000‑$121,000 (CAD) with eligibility for bonus and equity, and includes comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and an employee assistance program.
