About the Role

The Yard Loader is responsible for safely and accurately loading and unloading all deliveries, operating forklifts, and performing preventive maintenance on equipment. This role requires adherence to safety protocols, the consistent use of personal protective equipment, and the ability to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends, while providing excellent customer service to drivers and will‑call customers. • Safely load and unload all deliveries while operating a forklift and performing preventative maintenance. • Communicate unsafe conditions immediately and consistently use personal protective equipment. • Conduct final visual inspections, label finished goods, and ensure proper product rotation and inventory tracking. • Provide excellent customer service to drivers and will‑call customers, minimizing errors. • Stay current on pipe specifications, packaging requirements, and continuously improve processes and housekeeping. • Participate in company training programs to build job skills and increase earning potential.

What You Bring
