About the Role
• Monitor on‑site Redstone KPIs. • Manage property budget and oversee lease‑up. • Coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to hit occupancy, revenue and retention goals. • Collect rent and handle delinquency. • Collaborate with staff in an entrepreneurial environment. • Foster a positive resident experience. • Build and maintain relationships with campus and community resources. • Deliver outstanding customer service through staff training and performance evaluations. • Submit weekly and monthly operational reports. • Lead projects ranging from marketing initiatives to construction.

What You Bring
• Possess 3+ years student housing or multifamily management and 2+ years property manager experience. • Demonstrate a professional, client‑ready demeanor with budget and P&L ownership, strong multitasking ability, and proficiency in Google Apps and Microsoft Office; Entrata experience a plus.

Benefits
Classification: Full‑time, Exempt, Benefits Eligible. Compensation: $70,000 per year plus the ability to earn up to an additional 20% of salary in performance bonuses.
