About the Role

As a GROW Engineer you will specialise in your chosen civil‑engineering discipline and apply a human‑centred approach to technical work. You will develop core engineering and consulting techniques and collaborate with clients across the UK and potentially abroad. Innovation and creativity are encouraged to deliver impactful solutions. • Deliver sustainable and digital design solutions for projects ranging from £5 M to £1 B. • Collaborate within integrated multidisciplinary teams across the UK and Europe. • Participate in a structured three‑year graduate programme with training and accreditation assistance.

What You Bring

Eligible candidates will graduate in 2026 (or have recently graduated) with a minimum 2:2 in Civil Engineering (MEng, MSc, BEng or BSc). You must be able to obtain UKSV security clearance, demonstrate resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork, and possess strong communication skills to influence stakeholders.
