About the Role

• Perform quantity takeoffs and surveys to manage contract progress, reporting, and change management. • Maintain contracts with complex subcontracted scopes, handling subcontract administration, defining work scope, answering inquiries, and monitoring progress. • Review and understand broader contract obligations; assist site manager in project start‑up activities. • Participate in reviews of subcontractors’ submittals for compliance with scope, design documentation, and coordination with other disciplines before forwarding to the design team. • Assist with site inspection by the design team for installation deficiencies and sign off on systems commissioning. • Identify potential risks on project scopes and the overall project. • Apply basic engineering and problem‑solving principles to construction challenges. • Create and lead comprehensive project schedules. • Formulate and administer subcontracts and related contract documents.

What You Bring

• Hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture preferred, or equivalent experience. • Bring at least 4 years of construction experience in an operational role. • Demonstrate detailed knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, HSE, quality standards, and building materials. • Exhibit excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Show proven flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. • Possess strong planning, organizational, and time‑management skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and direct‑report tasks. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internal operational systems; eager to adopt new technology. • Ready to move into a Field Supervision role within 6 months to 1 year.
