About the Role

The Foreman supervises and troubleshoots routine issues on the job site, ensures safety rules are always followed, and develops work schedules based on employee or contractor availability and weather conditions. • Lead, manage, and be accountable for direct reports. • Perform foreman duties as outlined in the Accountability Chart. • Communicate effectively and report project progress to superiors. • Develop work schedules and assign tasks to construction workers. • Serve as liaison between workers and supervisors, negotiating and resolving disputes. • Ensure projects are adequately staffed, stay on schedule, and remain within budget. • Read construction drawings and blueprints; conduct quality checks on equipment. • Enforce safety precautions and quality standards on site. • Complete additional assignments and special projects as directed.

What You Bring

This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, extended standing or walking, climbing in and out of equipment, and working in confined spaces or at heights. Workers may be exposed to heavy machinery, chemicals, dust, fumes, noise, and extreme weather, so proper PPE such as protective eyewear, gloves, a hard hat, and steel‑toed boots is mandatory. • Utilize basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel. • High school diploma/GED or equivalent. • At least one year of leadership experience. • Seven or more years of experience in the construction industry. • Experience working and living on remote field sites. • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive for company business. • 40‑hour HAZWOPER training (preferred). • Competent Person safety training (preferred). • 8‑hour supervisory training (preferred). • 30‑hour OSHA construction safety training (preferred). • First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
