About the Role
The Civil Designer will produce precise Civil 3D drawings, collaborate with engineers, architects, designers, consultants, and clients, and ensure designs meet relevant codes, client requirements, and industry standards. Responsibilities include preparing layouts and sketches, reviewing and updating existing models, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. • Create detailed Civil 3D drawings per specifications. • Collaborate with engineers, architects, designers, consultants, and clients. • Prepare layouts, diagrams, sketches, and project drawings. • Review and modify existing drawings or models as requested. • Interpret relevant codes and client requirements. • Apply established CAD standards and templates. • Assist in coordinating project documentation to meet technical requirements. • Conduct site investigations, measurements, and construction observation, and prepare reports. • Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications. • Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and related documents.

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least two years of experience using Civil 3D, be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and possess experience with commercial, retail, restaurant, or industrial land development projects. An associate degree or a Computer‑Aided Design certificate is required. • Minimum 2 years of Civil 3D experience. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Experience with commercial, retail, restaurant, and industrial land development projects. • Associate degree or CAD certificate required.
