About the Role

Key duties include verifying order and customer information, receiving and responding to orders, reviewing them for completeness, and recommending appropriate merchandise or services. The employee inspects outgoing work for compliance, checks inventory for availability, notifies relevant departments of low supplies, and maintains accurate order records. • Verify customer and order information for accuracy • Receive and respond to customer orders • Review orders for completeness and forward incomplete ones • Recommend merchandise or services to meet customer needs • Inspect outgoing work for compliance with specifications • Check inventory system for item availability • Notify departments when supplies are low or orders may deplete stock • File or post copies of orders as required • Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety policies • Operate hand and power tools and material handling equipment

What You Bring

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with six months of related experience preferred. The employee must be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions, operate hand and power tools, and use material handling equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts. Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, lifting or carrying up to 75 lb, and wearing required PPE.
