About the Role

This mechanical integrity technical role supports fixed equipment in a petrochemical facility, focusing on risk‑based inspection programs, troubleshooting, asset improvement, and technology selection. It provides strong technical leadership in inspection and corrosion management for upstream and downstream assets, delivering solutions such as mechanical thickness analysis, fitness‑for‑service assessments, and integrity assurance activities like remaining‑life studies. The position also drives engineers to execute quality‑focused workflows, supports pre‑sales and post‑sales activities, recruits and trains resources, and acts as a bridge between customers, sales, and global technical teams. • In‑service inspection of all fixed equipment types • Thickness inspection management and analysis • Corrosion management and analysis • Implementation of automation, AI, IoT techniques in oil & gas portfolio

What You Bring

Candidates must hold an engineering degree (Mechanical, Materials, or Chemical) and possess 6–12+ years of oil‑and‑gas experience in refining, petrochemical, LNG, or related sectors. Required expertise includes a solid understanding of plant operations, safety and environmental risks, international design and quality standards, and key ASME codes. The role demands hands‑on field experience with pressure equipment, heat exchangers, piping systems, and storage tanks, as well as strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability to flexible schedules, locations, and travel requirements. Preferred qualifications include certifications such as API 580, 510, 570, 571, 653, NACE Senior Corrosion Technologist, and familiarity with BSI ISO/ENI standards and advanced NDT techniques. Experience with digital tools like Meridium, Credo, Pestra, SAP, and the implementation of automation, AI, and IoT solutions in the oil‑and‑gas portfolio is also advantageous. • Piping circuitization / TML development • Knowledge of materials and standards • Knowledge of corrosion and welding • Knowledge of NDT techniques • Proficiency with software such as APM Meridium, Pestra, Credo • Ability to lead teams • Excellent communication skills • Certification and working knowledge in API 580, API 510, API 570, API 571, API 653 • NACE Senior Corrosion Technologist certification • BSI ISO/ENI AS standards expertise • AWS/CSWIP/ASNT NDT techniques • Experience with Meridium, Credo, Pestra and SAP
