About the Role

Job Summary: The electrician will plan, layout, install, test, and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, motors, equipment, and control systems according to plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards, and will work in other crafts as needed, holding all required licenses for the jurisdiction. Physical Requirements: The role involves up to 12‑hour shifts performing hard physical work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions, climbing and balancing on steel or wood frameworks, ladders and scaffolds, and regularly lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 lb while complying with safety standards and wearing required personal protective equipment. • Maintain positive working relationships with all crew members. • Produce high‑quality work safely and productively. • Ensure necessary materials, tools, equipment, and information are available for tasks. • Identify and implement improvements in methods and learn from others. • Share knowledge and mentor teammates. • Apply high proficiency in trade mathematics. • Inspect subordinates’ work for accuracy and compliance, correcting deficiencies. • Eliminate waste such as waiting, rework, transport, storage, and idle time. • Lift and carry items up to 50 lb as required.
