• Proactively use social media, job boards, career advisors, and community networks to source candidates. • Conduct field recruiting and host job fairs to attract talent. • Manage candidate data and onboarding through HRIS platforms such as Workday. • Process confidential and sensitive recruitment information in compliance with employment law. • Schedule interviews and coordination using Microsoft Teams and HRIS tools. • Provide full‑time or part‑time support with a standard 40‑hour, Monday‑Friday, 8‑hour day schedule. • Offer dental and health insurance benefits to employees. • Ensure on‑site presence in Phoenix, AZ, and relocate if necessary.
