About the Role

In this role you will manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting and assessing potential residents to completing lease documentation and overseeing move‑in procedures, with direct interaction with prospects and residents driving our success. We expect you to maintain courteous communication with residents and applicants, track daily traffic and availability, promote retention programs, and work collaboratively with the office team while demonstrating flexibility with hours. • Attract and qualify prospective residents, process applications within 24 hours, and conduct tours of vacant or model units. • Schedule lease signings, complete lease agreements promptly, and manage move‑in procedures. • Maintain courteous communication with residents and applicants, track daily traffic, and promote retention programs. • Collaborate with the office team, support property tasks, and demonstrate flexibility with work hours. • Research market competition, assist with mailings and flyers, and visit competing properties to enhance marketing strategies. • Follow up with prospective residents at least five times and respond promptly to phone calls and emails. • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and all company policies.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive base pay of $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, a $100 commission for each new lease, shared renewal commissions, and a quarterly Morgan Essentials bonus of $300.
