About the Role
Participates in the design and execution of research studies, collaborates with teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data under general supervision, and solves problems when encountered. Supports the development of research outputs such as deliverables, presentations, and publications, while assisting in communicating findings across peer‑reviewed and mainstream platforms. Anticipates job expectations and contributes to the development and distribution of research resources for firm‑wide use. Works with research and design teams to design, conduct, and analyze research studies or programs, providing oversight as needed. Helps develop research collateral for deliverables, presentations, workshops, and business development. Contributes to communicating findings in peer‑reviewed forums and mainstream media, and delivers research resources to design teams through firm‑wide platforms. Assists with IRB protocol submission and maintenance and participates in project and technical team meetings. • Design and conduct research studies or programs with oversight. • Collect, analyze, and interpret data in collaboration with research and design teams. • Develop research deliverables, presentations, workshops, and business development collateral. • Communicate research findings in peer‑reviewed forums and mainstream media. • Deliver research resources to design teams via firm‑wide platforms. • Assist with IRB protocol submission and ongoing maintenance. • Participate in project and technical team meetings. • Apply research methodology, quantitative/qualitative analysis, prototyping, and academic/industry writing. • Produce strong graphics, visualizations, and representations of design ideas. • Manage multiple projects with strong organization and meet deadlines. • Build and maintain client relationships and collaborate within teams.

What You Bring
Holds an advanced degree in design, technology, or social sciences preferred, with typically four or more years of recent relevant research experience. Possesses basic knowledge of research methodology, quantitative and qualitative analysis, prototyping, and academic/industry writing, with proficiency in Adobe Suite, MS Office, and statistical software preferred. Demonstrates strong graphic and visualization skills, organizational ability to manage multiple projects, clear professional communication, client relationship building, problem‑solving, teamwork, and deadline adherence. Travel may be required. • Hold an advanced degree in design, technology, or social sciences (preferred). • Bring 4+ years of relevant research experience. • Use Adobe Suite, MS Office, and statistical software proficiently (preferred). • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
