About the Role
In this role you will install home remodeling products according to company standards, apply finish work as needed, communicate with management after each installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments, and complete a carpentry checklist with the homeowner at completion. • Install home remodeling products following Mad City standards and procedures. • Perform finish work for each construction application. • Report to management after installations to confirm customer satisfaction and approve final payments. • Complete a carpentry job checklist with the homeowner at project completion. • Work a Monday‑Friday schedule with opportunities for team collaboration and career advancement.

What You Bring
Candidates need at least two years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience, preferably with bath remodels or acrylic installs, a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and strong communication and customer‑service skills to interact with homeowners and team members. • Possess 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience, preferably with bath remodels or acrylic installs. • Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Demonstrate strong communication and customer‑service skills.
