About the Role

The TPM will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Treasury systems, translating business needs into epics and user stories, and prioritizing initiatives based on value, risk, and regulatory impact. They will lead transformation initiatives covering cash positioning, debt management, bank account controls, payments, and fraud prevention, while integrating Oracle JD Edwards, Oracle EPM, and external banking platforms. Collaboration with architects, developers, and external integrators will ensure secure, reliable, and compliant delivery, and the TPM will support SOX, audit, and governance requirements. • Translate Treasury business needs into epics, user stories, and product requirements. • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk reduction, regulatory impact, and technical dependencies. • Lead transformation of cash positioning, forecasting, debt and covenant management, bank account controls, payments, and fraud prevention. • Drive integration between Oracle JD Edwards (E1), Oracle EPM (FCCS, ARCS, PCM), banks, and payment platforms. • Serve as product manager for Treasury functionality within Oracle JD Edwards and collaborate on Oracle EPM enablement. • Ensure systems scale across divisions, communities, and legal entities in a high‑volume, multi‑entity homebuilding environment. • Collaborate with architects, developers, data engineers, and external integrators to deliver secure, compliant solutions. • Manage agile delivery, release planning, testing, and production readiness. • Support SOX, audit, and regulatory compliance through strong system controls and documentation. • Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership. • Seamless, secure, and audit‑ready integration of Oracle E1 and EPM platforms.

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to modernize Treasury platforms across a large‑scale homebuilding organization. The TPM will partner with Treasury, Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to drive transformation of Oracle JD Edwards (E1) and Oracle EPM, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient cash, debt, and liquidity management. Candidates must have at least seven years of technical product management or finance systems leadership experience, deep Treasury expertise, and hands‑on knowledge of Oracle JD Edwards and Oracle EPM implementations. Experience in homebuilding or other capital‑intensive industries, strong technical fluency, and the ability to translate complex Treasury requirements into scalable solutions are essential. • Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Treasury systems. • 7+ years of technical product management, finance systems, or Treasury systems leadership experience. • Strong Treasury domain expertise (cash management, debt, banking operations). • Hands‑on experience with Oracle JD Edwards (E1) in finance or Treasury contexts. • Direct experience leading Oracle EPM implementations or transformations. • Experience in homebuilding, construction, real estate, or other capital‑intensive industries. • Strong technical fluency with integrations, data models, and financial systems architecture. • Ability to translate complex Treasury requirements into scalable system solutions. • Experience integrating with banks, payment processors, and Treasury Management Systems. • Familiarity with EPM modules such as FCCS, ARCS, or Planning for Treasury use cases. • Experience with cloud data platforms and reporting tools. • Agile / SAFe methodology experience. • MBA, Finance, Accounting, or related advanced degree. • Oracle EPM or JD Edwards certifications. • Real‑time visibility into cash, liquidity, and debt positions. • Standardized, automated, and scalable Treasury processes.
