About the Role
• Greet prospective residents with warmth and professionalism • Conduct personalized apartment tours highlighting community lifestyle and value • Respond promptly and thoroughly to phone, email, and web inquiries • Convert leads to leases through follow‑up, relationship‑building, and understanding resident needs • Accurately complete leasing applications, verifications, and move‑in paperwork • Contribute to community occupancy and renewal goals • Coordinate and attend resident events and community engagement initiatives • Address resident questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency • Maintain a clean, welcoming environment in the office and common areas • Assist in marketing the property via social media and community outreach • Stay informed on local market trends and competitor properties

A valid driver’s license is required, and a Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) accreditation is a plus.

Benefits
Our leasing office operates Monday‑Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturdays from 10 AM to 4 PM, with one weekday off to maintain a 40‑hour schedule. Evening and weekend availability may be required for resident events or community needs.
