About the Role

The technician completes all maintenance service requests, ranging from general repairs such as drywall, painting, and carpentry to HVAC and appliance servicing. Duties also include on‑call coverage for special events, weekends, and emergencies, preparing vacant units rent‑ready, repairing plumbing fixtures, and performing grounds work like trash removal, sweeping, pressure washing, and landscaping. All work must comply with OSHA safety standards and company guidelines, and additional tasks may be assigned as needed. • Complete maintenance requests including drywall, painting, carpentry, HVAC, and appliance repairs. • Provide on‑call support for special events, weekends, and emergencies. • Prepare vacant units rent‑ready, perform repairs, and update work order statuses. • Repair plumbing systems: faucets, toilets, hot water tanks, disposals, dishwashers, and appliances. • Perform grounds duties such as trash removal, sweeping, pressure washing, dumpster area maintenance, and landscaping. • Follow OSHA safety standards and report any discrepancies.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, with vocational training preferred, and at least one year of building or facility maintenance experience. Desired qualifications include handyman experience, certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing, and strong problem‑solving, communication, and multitasking abilities. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, reliable transportation, and be willing to work overtime, on‑call, and non‑traditional schedules.
