About the Role
The Global HR Project Manager will join the global HR function to support company‑wide people initiatives and systems. Reporting to the Director of HR Operations & L&D, the role leads end‑to‑end delivery of projects across multiple regions, partnering with HR, business leaders and external vendors to ensure timely, on‑scope delivery. The position will supervise up to two direct reports—a Global HR Coordinator and a Global HR Administrator—and will collaborate closely with regional HR teams, external delivery providers and system vendors. • Manage global HR projects end‑to‑end, ensuring timely, on‑scope delivery aligned with business and people strategy. • Oversee global L&D initiatives, delivering leadership and learning programmes across regions. • Manage global LMS experience, including learning, competency assessments and reporting. • Design and deliver mandatory global training modules. • Support updates and continuous improvement of HR initiatives. • Build strong relationships across global HR teams and business leaders for effective project delivery. • Support regional HR teams in the development and delivery of learning. • Manage relationships with external delivery providers. • Manage external system vendors. • Provide detailed reporting and intelligent insight into global HR projects. • Monitor project effectiveness and identify focus areas. • Support other global HR team projects as required. • Manage the Global HR budget for projects, ensuring commercial success. • Provide input and analysis for the quarterly board cycle, highlighting the impact of people initiatives. • Balance stakeholder needs and influence to achieve global consistency. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising to meet deadlines. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate experience in HR project management within a professional services environment. • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailoring messages for diverse audiences. • Possess knowledge of LMS and HR systems. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
