About the Role
The role involves conducting inspections, quality control, and supervising FMC technicians and sub‑contractors as directed. The Engineer will handle incidents, complaints, breakdowns, and repairs related to M&E systems, providing thorough engineering assessments, troubleshooting, and implementing appropriate solutions with service providers. 24‑hour emergency support is required, serving as the initial first‑response for emergencies while following established processes and procedures. The Engineer will also prepare cost estimates for ad‑hoc work and utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to create, update, and close work requests. What You Bring
The Senior Engineer must hold recognized diplomas or degrees in mechanical and electrical (M&E), technical, or property management disciplines and have a proven background in facility management. Familiarity with e‑PTW and the IBMS/BMS alarm management and maintenance modules is essential, as is assisting in the preparation of monthly M&E system reports and undertaking other tasks necessary for effective property operations. A positive working attitude, strong interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, effective time and cost management, and the ability to work independently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a collaborative team spirit are also essential. • Hold recognized diplomas/degrees in M&E, technical, or property management fields. • Demonstrated facility management experience. • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. • Resourceful with good time and cost management. • Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong team player.
