About the Role

The Project Administrator supports construction teams by managing documentation, coordinating activities, and maintaining communication among internal departments, subcontractors, vendors, and clients, ensuring the administrative side of each project runs smoothly from start to finish. • Communicate project details with managers, superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and bonding agents. • Establish and maintain up‑to‑date project files, tracking subcontracts, change orders, and correspondence. • Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements. • Coordinate required documents and deliverables with subcontractors and suppliers. • Prepare and execute accounts receivable to clients, including certified payroll and HUB reports. • Track accounts receivable and payment status updates in Monday. • Record subcontractor pay applications and payments in Sage Intacct. • Assist with close‑out documentation, budget maintenance, and month‑end WIP analysis.

What You Bring

• Prior construction or project administration experience preferred. • Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Sage Intacct, Primelink, and LCP Tracker are a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently and in a team.
