About the Role

The role is responsible for selling the company's products or services directly to end‑user customers in assigned geographic, territory, industry, or accounts. The position develops new accounts and expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, or product segment. It represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales‑oriented activities. The role works on complex issues where analysis of data requires in‑depth evaluation of variable factors, exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria. It also involves networking with key contacts outside the individual's area of expertise. Incumbents provide leadership for the work group through deep specialization knowledge and are generally free to determine work priorities based on general direction from managers. They determine methods and procedures for new assignments, consult with management on long‑range goals, and set both tactical and strategic priorities. • Lead design and delivery of new products or processes. • Apply functional breadth and expertise across complementary fields. • Generate innovative solutions using broad concepts and theories. • Champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives with creativity. • Serve as a team leader and guide major projects. • Influence priorities, decisions, and activities of others. • Act as escalation point for complex issues. • Coach and mentor junior team members. • Define methods and procedures for new assignments. • Consult management on long‑range goals and set tactical and strategic priorities.

What You Bring

The candidate leverages wide‑ranging experience to apply professional concepts and company objectives in resolving complex issues creatively and effectively. Strong project management skills, ability to lead design and delivery of new products/processes, and functional breadth across complementary fields are required. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 8+ years, or a PhD with 3+ years; post‑graduate coursework may be desirable.
