About the Role
• Assist with design and detailing of structural components under supervision. • Produce code‑compliant, accurate, high‑quality structural designs. • Support Project Manager in developing project work plans. • Communicate effectively with internal teams and collaborate with clients to enhance client experience. • Manage time to meet project deadlines and profitability targets. • Identify project risks in partnership with Project Manager and Quality Control engineer. • Provide student loan repayment program and stock ownership opportunities. • Allow flexible work hours and remote work options within a hybrid schedule. • Offer new employee mentoring and modern design software/workstations. • Organize regular office social events.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering (master’s preferred). • Have 3+ years of structural engineering experience with demonstrated project management growth. • Demonstrate ability to contribute positively to project teams. • Maintain a Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license.
