About the Role

As a qualified valuer, you will join JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory team and play a pivotal role in delivering world‑class valuation services to a prestigious client base. The position involves leading client relationships, ensuring valuations meet IVS/API/IFRS standards, mentoring junior staff, prospecting new business and meeting personal budget goals while delivering cost‑effective outcomes. JLL leverages artificial intelligence to accelerate meaningful connections between candidates and opportunities, analyzing applications for relevant skills and experiences. All personal information collected is handled in accordance with JLL’s Candidate Privacy Statement and relevant data protection policies. • Secure new client appointments and exceed expectations through exceptional service delivery. • Ensure all valuations comply with IVS, API, and IFRS standards, backed by thorough market analysis and robust justification. • Mentor and develop junior staff while acting as lead Valuer on key assignments. • Actively prospect new clients, pursue bank panel appointments, and cross‑sell JLL services to grow the business. • Meet personal budget targets and maintain cost‑effective delivery.

What You Bring

• CPV qualification with at least 3 years of experience in Value and Risk Advisory. • Preferred experience with bank panels. • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Confident communication abilities for client and stakeholder management. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and willingness to master JLL systems.
