About the Role
In the team leadership function, the leader will coach, develop, and manage a diversified group to execute strategic emissions projects. They will foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement while ensuring operational excellence and alignment with corporate behaviors. The role supports the delivery and expansion of Sustainability Advisory Services, including market segmentation, value‑proposition development, and client engagement. It also oversees the strategic rollout of verifiable emissions data through the EmInsights program and enhances governance and controls for LCA processes and sustainability solutions. Stakeholder engagement includes building strong relationships with internal teams, external customers, industry groups, and the broader LCA community. The leader will educate and mentor GCea colleagues, develop go‑to‑market strategies, support proposals and tenders, and embed sustainability expertise across business units such as New Energy and Digital Delivery. Process and program management responsibilities involve maintaining rigorous project management, tracking deliverables, managing risks, and ensuring milestones are met. The leader will also focus on knowledge management, training, and capacity building for the sustainability team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing emissions strategy team. • Oversee Sustainability Advisory Services and the EmInsights program to drive market growth. • Establish governance, controls, and repeatable processes for LCA and sustainability solutions. • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and industry groups. • Manage project delivery, risk, and knowledge transfer, especially for the Kuala Lumpur team.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least three years of experience in emissions quantification or sustainability strategy. They must demonstrate team‑leadership experience, strong understanding of life‑cycle assessments and ISO standards, and proficiency with LCA software such as FastLCA, SimaPro, or Gabi. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field. • Minimum 3 years of emissions quantification or sustainability strategy experience with proven team leadership. • Proficient with LCA tools (FastLCA, SimaPro, Gabi) and ISO standards (14040, 14044, 14067). • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
