• Manage and expand a portfolio of regional customers as a trusted advisor. • Retain and renew service, maintenance, and monitoring contracts while protecting margins. • Identify and secure system upgrades, additions, small works, and new installations. • Generate new business alongside account management to build a sustainable sales pipeline. • Maintain a strong track record of renewals, margin management, and long‑term customer relationships. • Use CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecast, and report sales performance.

What You Bring
Regional Client Account Manager • Manchester & North West. At Trinity, we’re looking for an experienced Regional Client Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of existing customers, whilst also developing new opportunities across the North West region. You’ll be the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring high levels of service, strong relationships, and profitable growth. • Demonstrate proven account management or sales experience in fire alarm, fire safety, or life safety systems. • Possess solid technical knowledge of fire alarm systems and compliance, including HTM design experience.

Benefits
The role is permanent, working 8.30am–5pm Monday‑Friday. Salary is competitive with up to 50% on‑target earnings bonus, plus a company car or allowance, life assurance, pension, 23 days holiday and an employee welfare assistance programme.
