About the Role
The Sign Installer will install indoor and outdoor signage such as illuminated, non‑illuminated, vinyl, and dimensional signs, operate power tools, ladders, bucket trucks, and other equipment safely, and interpret work orders, drawings, and blueprints. Responsibilities also include preparing surfaces, loading and transporting materials to job sites, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, communicating professionally with customers and team members, and adhering to OSHA safety protocols. • Install indoor/outdoor, illuminated, non‑illuminated, vinyl, and dimensional signage. • Safely operate power tools, ladders, bucket trucks, and other equipment. • Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and blueprints. • Prepare surfaces and apply proper installation techniques. • Load and transport signs, tools, and materials to job sites. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. • Communicate professionally with customers and team members on‑site. • Follow safety protocols and comply with OSHA regulations.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have experience in sign installation, construction, or a related field, and are comfortable working at heights using ladders or lifts. A valid driver’s license with a clean record (CDL a plus) and the ability to lift 50 + lbs are required, while basic electrical knowledge for illuminated signs is a plus. Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, independent and teamwork skills, and good communication and customer service are essential. • Experience in sign installation or construction (training provided for the right candidate). • Comfortable working at heights using ladders or lifts. • Valid driver’s license with a clean record (CDL a plus). • Ability to lift 50 + lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. • Basic electrical knowledge for illuminated sign installation (a plus). • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good communication and customer service skills.
