About the Role

Throughout the internship, participants gain valuable field exposure, strengthen safety awareness, and collaborate with maintenance and operations personnel while participating in team meetings and sharing progress on assigned projects. • Update and automate Maintenance Reliability KPI reporting by developing Power BI dashboards. • Conduct monthly Maintenance Reliability reporting and present findings through data analysis. • Support implementation of the Asset Management program by creating sub‑processes, tools, and evaluations. • Participate in team meetings, gain exposure to business operations, and report project progress.

What You Bring

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a high‑school diploma or equivalent, be legally authorized to work in the United States, and be able to pass background, drug, reference, and education checks. Some roles may involve outdoor work in various weather conditions and require additional physical capabilities. • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of an engineering program (Mechanical or Industrial preferred). • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
