About the Role

Your main tasks will involve handling various technical support matters and providing expert‑level assistance to local support teams. You will learn our Building Management System (BMS) products, which monitor and control heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning, lighting, fire, access, security, and their integration. • Resolve high‑level technical problems reported by customers, Application Engineers, Sales personnel, and Engineering. • Identify and qualify product failures and assist Engineering in understanding and resolving them. • Track cases with entries in the CRM system. • Research and document technical problems and solutions. • Design, plan, evaluate, and test complex systems that monitor or control electrical equipment and building management systems. • Perform remote connections to customer installations for troubleshooting and health checks. • Prioritize critical site escalations, especially for Global Strategic Accounts and Strategic Partners. • Troubleshoot software, hardware, networking, databases, power/electrical systems, building automation, HVAC, and IoT/cloud connectivity.

What You Bring

Are you our next Expert Technical Support Engineer? We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, and driven to learn new products and technologies. You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively, and you are engaged, straightforward, open, passionate, and effective—not afraid to challenge the status quo. • Hold an engineering degree in electrical, building automation, computer science, or a related field. • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems and associated networking. • Strong background in IT and IP communication networks. • Knowledge of building management protocols such as BACnet, LON, and Modbus. • Enjoy cross‑functional interaction and work well as a team player. • Quick learner with an inquisitive mindset. • Excellent written and oral English communication skills. • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. • Able to collaborate with diverse technical stakeholders, including senior engineers, electricians, IT engineers, account managers, and sales personnel. • Willingness to travel internationally to customer sites as needed. • Prior technical support experience is highly valued.
