About the Role

The position is deployed to the Marshall Islands. The Senior Quality Representative oversees all healthcare quality programs, acts as a patient advocate, and coordinates with the CONUS‑based compliance team, leveraging clinical expertise to uphold the highest standards of care. • Conduct audits and medical‑record reviews to identify improvement opportunities. • Analyze data and trends to detect risks and guide quality‑improvement initiatives. • Develop and implement quality‑improvement plans in collaboration with nurses and other healthcare professionals. • Educate staff on best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory quality standards. • Act as liaison between patients, nurses, and departments to address quality‑of‑care issues. • Participate in quality‑improvement committees and projects. • Stay current with healthcare regulations and quality‑improvement methodologies. • Provide on‑call support for emergencies as needed.

What You Bring

The role requires medical and dental fitness per Acuity Medical Readiness guidelines, with work performed primarily in an interior office environment and travel to Kwajalein by air. Acuity International is an equal‑opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, sex, national origin, age, veteran status, or disability. • Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience with a current unrestricted RN license. • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, public health or related field (Master’s preferred). • Demonstrated knowledge of Joint Commission and NCQA PCMH standards and performance‑improvement processes. • Proficiency in quality‑improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean and in electronic health‑record systems. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; valid U.S. driver’s license and passport (≥6 months validity). • Must pass a favorably adjudicated CNACI investigation and sign an International Assignment Agreement. • Physically fit according to Acuity Medical Readiness guidelines. • Master’s degree (preferred). • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or similar certification (preferred).
