About the Role
• Perform technical design tasks such as programming client needs, diagramming, modeling concepts, developing technical studies, and preparing construction documents. • Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to secure approvals. • Coordinate client, team, and project activities, including documentation with engineering and specialty consultants. • Facilitate communication among project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and permitting officials. • Provide design support and documentation throughout design concept execution. • Collaborate with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators.

What You Bring
As a Gensler Project Architect, you will blend creativity with technical expertise to guide clients, leveraging strong communication and team‑building skills to manage projects. The role offers opportunities to deepen design and technical coordination abilities while beginning direct management of client relationships. • Hold a professional Architecture degree with a rigorous portfolio; be a licensed architect with 5‑10 years experience across multiple building typologies. • Possess LEED accreditation (preferred) and proficiency in Revit and Rhino. • Demonstrate outstanding knowledge of building codes, standards, and structures. • Exhibit strong public‑speaking skills and ability to moderate large consultant, contractor, and client teams. • Apply excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and collaborative relationship‑building abilities.
