About the Role

Essential Responsibilities include ensuring safety for yourself and others, being courteous to customers, communicating with store personnel, confirming product availability, stocking Novo products within 36 hours of delivery, retrieving and breaking bundles, keeping displays neat, returning items to proper locations, performing culls, keeping aisles clear, disposing of packing materials, returning carts, participating in special events, and assisting with store set/reset activities. • Ensure safety for yourself, Lowe’s personnel, and customers while working in the store. • Communicate courteously and effectively with Lowe’s staff and customers. • Confirm product availability with the store’s receiving department before stocking. • Stock Novo lumber and millwork within 36 hours of delivery, breaking bundles as needed. • Maintain neat, organized displays and return products to proper locations. • Perform culls and ensure Lowe’s receives credit for damaged items. • Keep aisles clear, dispose of packaging materials properly, and return carts/racks to their spots. • Participate in special events such as Grand Openings and product‑knowledge trainings. • Assist with store set‑reset activities when required. • Travel to assigned Lowe’s locations within a local region.
