About the Role
We are seeking an Outside Marketing Manager to promote neighborhoods and manage a team. The role involves event scheduling, setup, door‑to‑door sales, canvassing, and leading team members in the field. The manager will work alongside the crew at events, big‑box store engagements, and while canvassing door‑to‑door to schedule free in‑home estimates. • Recruit, train and motivate a team • Canvas neighborhoods, set up events, and engage at big‑box stores • Act as a face‑to‑face communicator and self‑starter in a team environment

What You Bring
Candidates must have strong verbal communication skills, managerial experience, and an energetic, persuasive personality with a positive attitude. A love for the outdoors is essential, as the role is primarily outdoor.
