About the Role

This highly visible position partners heavily with business and technology teams at all company levels and works closely with product management to ensure large‑scale projects are delivered on time and meet expectations. • Manage large technical projects, define project plans, set priorities, manage resources and report on process, progress and results • Provide day‑to‑day planning, coordination, and project management across the entire software development and deployment life cycle • Act as an owner, be solution‑focused, analytical and drive projects from initiation to success • Provide the project team with direction and vision, motivate individuals, give feedback, recognize strengths and provide challenges • Partner heavily with multiple business and technology teams and interact at all levels of the company • Work closely with the product management team to ensure large‑scale projects are delivered on time and meet expectations

What You Bring

The role of an IT Lead • PMO requires an understanding of project management, organizational leadership, and communication. The primary goal is to ensure all projects within the Digital portfolio are managed and delivered effectively. The individual must have outstanding communication, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and a genuine passion for retail. Strong presentation skills and confidence to manage multiple stakeholders—including business teams, IT teams, external vendors, and delivery partners—are essential. • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent engineering fields • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required • Strong technical background with experience in software development and building larger software systems • 5+ years experience leading complex product‑oriented projects • Experience in project management at large scale with multiple teams and products • Strong analytical aptitude • Expertise in using MS Project, JIRA, ASANA, or similar project management tools • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies such as SCRUM or KANBAN is a plus • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously, drive projects to completion, and provide realistic time estimates • Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication • Fluent in English
